We have an opening for an Administrative Assistant who will be responsible for effectively and proactively
supporting multiple executives at the office. The successful candidate will have a positive attitude, exceptional
organizational and time management skills and the ability to handle competing priorities and projects effectively
under minimal direction.
Typical Duties will include:
¨ Manage calendars and scheduling for multiple executives;
¨ Schedule and coordinate travel plans, to include air, hotel and car rental reservations;
¨ Prioritize and appropriately handle confidential information and ensure any attention required is
completed in a timely fashion;
¨ Transcribe dictation and compose correspondence, reports and other documents;
¨ Prepare presentations using PowerPoint;
¨ Create and maintain database and spreadsheet files using Excel;
¨ Provide back up support to the President’s assistant when she is unavailable;
¨ Provide administrative support for the Accounting and Legal Departments;
¨ Coordinate meetings and prepare conference rooms as needed;
¨ Filing (electronic or otherwise);
¨ Perform other clerical duties as needed.
¨ High school diploma and minimum of two years related experience providing senior executive level support;
¨ Advanced experience with Microsoft Office required;
¨ Outstanding communication skills, in both verbal and written form;
¨ Effectively handle multiple projects or tasks and be flexible in a quick changing environment;
¨ Ability to handle administrative details independently while using sound business judgement;
¨ Able to pass required background check and drug screening
