We work primarily with financial planning for seniors. We are looking for self-motivated individuals who like to work in a team atmosphere but also like to be compensated based on their own efforts. Sales experience is not required but is preferred. We have a robust training platform and qualified leads.
Our average sales rep earns over $50,000 annually through base pay plus commissions. Insurance benefits, 401k with matching and paid time off. No face to face sales or driving required.
The individuals within this team will be working from our Lawrenceville, GA location reaching out to prospecting clients by phone. Qualified leads will be provided to generate sales.
Educate and sell insurance products and services to new and existing clients.
Reach agreed upon sales targets by deadline.
Assist clients with electronic enrollment of insurance coverage.
Individual will be required to complete the 40 hour course to obtain GA Life & Health Insurance License. Cost of course and testing fee will be covered by the company.
Strong communication skills and ability to build rapport with clients.
Applicant will have to pass our background check before being hired.
Completion of 60 day probation period will be required before the full-time position will be offered.
