A full service commercial/residential flooring company is expanding its staff and seeking a Sales Representative for our team. Our company is built on providing quality flooring products and cleaning services. We enjoy a reputation for high standards, honesty and providing a great value. This is a “ground floor opportunity” with a well established company for a sales professional dedicated to building and maintaining relationships while growing our client base. If you have 2-5(two-five) years of sales experience with a commercial/residential flooring company you may qualify for this position.
Develop and maintain an active marketing and sales plan to drive ongoing contractual business through all channels(carpet, ceramic, vinyl and cleaning services)
Ability to develop leads using social media and other sources
Interacting with customers and providing prompt and complete solutions
Experience in generating and closing proposals
Keep current on changing products and markets
Cultivate relationships with customers, close the sale and maintain the relationship after the sale
Work with management to improve marketing, business development, and service to customers
Must have 2-5 (two –five) years of experience developing business opportunities for a commercial/residential flooring and flooring & upholstery cleaning company
Proven, successful sales track record
Possess a network of client contacts in various markets
Assume total accountability in managing the customer base including relationships, service, problems, and client satisfaction
Have good knowledge of competitors’ pricing and service to compare with our Company’s outlook on the market
Must be a self starter and able to take initiative
