The Richmond Group USA is currently working with one of our global manufacturing clients to find a Plant Controller to lead operations in the Greater Philadelphia Area. In order to be considered for the role, candidates should have:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, CPA or MBA preferred
  • Experience working in a manufacturing environment
  • Strong technical experience with cost accounting
  • Strong leadership skills and strong business negotiation skills.
  • Experience working with ERP Software & Lean Manufacturing Experience a plus
