Resolutions Analyst needed in Williston, VT
We are seeking an experienced, self-motivated, and detail-oriented individual to fill our clerical position.
The right candidate will be making decisions on the payment of medical claims using existing policy and rules, compiling information into spreadsheets, filling out forms, writing memos, updating reference files, document control, operating office equipment, filing, and communicating with internal and external clients.
Training for specific skills will be provided as needed, but you must be proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
Review and research suspended medical claims and adjudicate them per the Department of Vermont Health Access policy. Refer claims to Utilization Review and provider services unit. Maintain necessary documentation. Participate in client meetings as necessary. Participate in process improvement sessions. Train as a back-up for other areas such as document control, courier and customer service help desk. Other duties as assigned.

High School Diploma or equivalent
