What will a Retail Sales Account Representative do?
As the public face of the company our account reps are responsible for initial face to face relationship building, dealing with any and all customer questions about the products and services our clients offer, and generating new business.
Absorb and retain Product Knowledge
Introduce products and services to customers
Qualify received information and build genuine relationships
Customer Retention and Follow Up
Represent our clients with professionalism, integrity and positive energy
Demonstrate a willingness and initiative to learn, grow and contribute to the team’s professional development

Ability to effectively communicate with customers, peers, and management team
High integrity and professionalism
Passion for customer focused sales with demonstrated success
