                          Customer Service - Call Center -- 2nd -- START July 9th

PrideStaff, a national staffing company, is seeking enthusiastic, Customer Service Representatives to work on a temporary  basis with our clients. Our Northern Kentucky office is supporting several great clients who have a variety of needs. Our clients are seeking poised, positive people to represent them with their clients – as you are often the voice of the company to their customers.

This is a full-time opportunity with a great company, who has good benefits..

These are temp to hire positions -- CLASS STARTS July 9th

These positions are Mon-Friday five days a week. After you are trained the first week, if you can not work everyday during the week, you can pick up a weekend shift to get close to 40 hours.

3:00p-11:00p  Mon-Fri; May have an occasional Saturday shift (during the day).

Class starts on July 9th.

The Customer Service Representative will work in a call center environment and will receive inbound as well as outbound calls to customers.  Apply now so you are pre-screened and ready to be presented when these needs come up!

Job Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative, you will receive inbound calls from customers of our client

Additional responsibilities for the Customer Service Representative will include:

  • Represent the company well by handling customer needs
  • Enter customer information in the system and identify and escalate priority issues
  • Completing call log and producing call reports
  • Provide follow up customer calls when necessary

Job Requirements

As a Customer Service Representative you must have at least 1-3 years’ experience in a customer service role within a call center environment.  You must have excellent communication skills both written and verbal as well as effective listening skills.

Additional requirements for the Customer Service Representative will include:

  • Good data entry / typing skills and computer skills
  • Some experience selling products
  • Flexibility in your work schedule, as some of these positions are first and second shift and/or require some week-ends   
  • A High School Degree or equivalent
  • A clear criminal background check and drug test
  • Must be age 18 or older
