Work at an upscale Senior Living Community located in Deerfield Beach, Florida!

Key Duties & Responsibilities: The Lifestyle Coordinator assists the Program Service Director in the development and execution of community programs, activities, and special events. Coordinates, facilitates and leads in-house group activities and outside events.


Skills and Abilities Required (Minimum Qualifications): High School diploma or equivalent. Associates’ degree in human service or recreation therapy preferred. Strong oral and written communication skills. Previous experience working in a health care setting a plus. Ability to work effectively with small groups as leader or facilitator.


Desired Qualifications: Computer knowledge or willingness to learn.
