Position       Customer Service Call Center Rep Fortune 100 Company

Location: Salem, OR (97302)

Pay Rate      Pay $13.50

Duration      Contract to Perm position

1st Shift       1st  Mon - Sun;  work 4 week days & Sat or Sun 

Start Date    Interview and start ASAP

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Contract to Perm position 

* * * Previous telephone Customer Service Experience Required, Retail Customer Service experience does not count as experience.

• Serve as a primary contact for inbound customer inquiries via telephone, Internet, e-mail or facsimile transmission. 

• Call center experience required

• Provide customer service assistance for all internal and external customers of the Company.

• Answer customer questions related to orders, RMA’s (Return Merchandise Authorizations)  product availability, pricing, etc. via phones and/or email 

• Process/enter orders in Oracle ERP - Will Train on ORACLE

• Process RMAs (Return Merchandise Authorizations) requests in Oracle ERP - Will train

• Follow pre-defined procedures to identify, evaluate, solve and escalate customer issues.

• Must be flexible with work schedule from the hours of  5:00am - 7:00pm Mon - Fri work 5 days a week 8.5 hrs daily

• Must have strong customer service soft-skills

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications

• Must be able to communicate information easily over the telephone and email

• Excellent communication skills including spelling and grammar usage

• Oracle ERP experience preferred NOT Required

-Need minimum of 3 months of Call Center Customer Service experience

-Need minimum of 3 months of Call Center Customer Service experience

-Need minimum of 3 months of Call Center Customer Service experience

-High school diploma or GED

-Clear drug test

-Clear Background check

- Able to Interview ASAP & Start Working in 1 -2 weeks

***1st SHIFT  5:00am - 7:00pm Mon - Sun;  work 4 week days & Sat or Sun 

* * * Highly Desired - ORACLE Software Experience
