
Customer Service - Call Center -- 2nd Shift
PrideStaff, a national staffing company, is seeking enthusiastic, Customer Service Representatives to work on a temporary to hire basis with our clients. Our Northern Kentucky office is supporting several great clients who have a variety of needs. Our clients are seeking poised, positive people to represent them with their clients – as you are often the voice of the company to their customers.

These positions are Mon-Friday five days a week. After you are trained the first week, if you can not work everyday during the week, you can pick up a weekend shift to get close to 40 hours.
3:00p-11:00p Mon-Fri; May have an occasional Saturday shift (during the day).
Class expected in early January.

Job Requirements
As a Customer Service Representative you must have at least 1-3 years’ experience in a customer service role within a call center environment. You must have excellent communication skills both written and verbal as well as effective listening skills.
