Marathon Staffing is looking for Packer / General Labor candidates to start at our manufacturing client located in Birmingham, AL. Our client is the largest plastic housewares company (food storage containers, laundry/utility products, home storage and organization products) in North America. (Product discounts are available at this location) On the job training is provided.
Available Packer - Packager shifts: (Weekend Shifts available - Friday, Saturday, Sunday or Saturday & Sunday)
Days 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.
Nights 7:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m.
All with paid meal/rest breaks

Packer / General Labor Job Description:
Follow product setup & packaging instructions
Pack / Package product according to provided instructions
Inspect overall quality of product
The ideal candidates for the Packer - Production position will be able to perform the following:
Follow product setup and packing instructions
Can work 12 hour shifts rotating 3 days /4 days – Overtime on 4-day week (as needed). There is rotation between products.
Must be able lift up to 10 lbs, occasionally 30 lbs and (rarely) 50 lbs.
