Job Description

Our Client, recognized as on the Fastest Growing Private Healthcare companies in the U.S. is expanding their client advocate department. We are seeking graduates  with strong communication skills and an interest in working in the Healthcare Industry. 

Working as an extension to the account management teams, the Healthcare and Client Advocator is responsible for maintaining customer relationships, offering superior customer service and serving as a knowledgeable representative of our clients services in the healthcare world. Will be working directly with Clients, Healthcare Providers, Healthcare Professionals, Case Managers and internal departments. 

  1. Build approachable, professional relationship with referring customers to encourage repeat business
  2. Research client specific workflows, become familiar with the client’s unique needs and respond appropriately
  3. Manage multiple claims at one time from a compliance and clinical perspective
  4. Review clinical documentation to ensure the patient’s treatment is on course and the case is within clinical guidelines and/or following the adjuster’s specific direction 
  5. Proactively obtain case related details and documents from network providers
  6. Properly transfer all case related data to the database, organize related documents efficiently and provide well-written documentation to ensure consistent communication across departments
  7. Proactively communicate with referring adjusters and nurse case managers through succinct, professionally-written email communications as well as telephonically
  8. Research individual adjuster or nurse case manager issues within the organization and provide findings and resolution to the customer and appropriate Regional Sales Manager 

Job Requirements


Working within the Consumer Affairs department, this position requires an assertive, highly motivated individual with solid customer service and account management focus as well as strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills. Strong analytical skills and previous clinical experience are advantageous.  Successful incumbents will be considered for advancement to other Customer Service Department or Account Management roles.

  • Bachelor's Degree Required
  • Experience with a CRM or Salesforce a PLUS
  • Highly developed problem-solving, decision making and relationshipbuilding skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication
  • Strong organizational and administrative skills
