Jr IT Technician
Our client in the Lancaster area is looking for an eager Jr. IT Technician to join their growing team! In this role, you will be responsible for dealing with client/vendor relations, providing support for computer, software, and networking issues, and assisting in network upgrades or related projects. The right person for this role will be able to manage fast paced situations, communicate efficiently and professionally with coworkers and/or vendors and clients, and utilize their analytical skills to solve problems.
This team-oriented environment gives individuals the opportunity to work with the latest and greatest technologies, learn from seasoned technical professionals, all within a friendly atmosphere.
Required skills and competencies for this position include:

2+ years of professional experience in the technical field

Experience with LAN/WAN network troubleshooting, Cisco, windows servers and virtual servers

The ability to build PCs and servers

Experience troubleshooting software/hardware and Client/Server issues

Excellent customer service skills, clear communication and a passion to help people solve technical problems
-
Must have reliable transportation and a valid driver's license/insurance
