We are now recruiting for event and retail persons to join our core team working within a large and well established retail venues within the New Haven area.
This position requires an articulate, enthusiastic, creative, hard working team player with experience in customer service communications and who can demonstrate:

As a Retail Client Representative you will put your customer service skills to use on a daily basis by explaining the benefits of our clients’ services to their target audience via in store events. You will also learn to answer customers' queries, handle objections, and complete new customer registrations during face-to-face presentations in a retail and events environment. When interacting with existing customers, you will provide basic customer service and direction whenever possible.
Retail Client Representative duties will include:
Maintaining and developing relationships with new and existing customers
Sourcing new business leads to support the sales process
Analysing and tracking your own performance and data
Supporting retail event promotions
Front line customer services
Sign up / register new customers for our clients
