Customer Service Representative
Job Description: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Agent to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for selling benefits to individuals, families, and small business owners. This is a commission-based position with uncapped earning potential.
Key Responsibilities:
· Identify and target potential clients through company provided leads, referrals, and other marketing strategies
· Meet with clients to discuss their health insurance needs and provide them with information on available policies
· Create and present customized insurance plans to clients based on their specific needs and budget
· Continuously educate oneself on new products, industry trends, and regulations to ensure the best possible service to clients
· Achieve and exceed sales targets and goals
Qualifications:
· Proven sales experience, particularly in the health insurance industry
· Strong communication and interpersonal skills
· Ability to analyze client needs and provide customized solutions
· Self-motivated and driven to succeed
· Strong understanding of health insurance products and regulations
· Must have a valid insurance license
