Client Services Associate

An elite financial services firm in Richmond, VA, has recently engaged The Richmond Group USA to identify a Client Services Associate for an immediate need in their downtown office. This critical position will serve as a key member of the organization supporting the executive leadership team and their clients.

The Client Services Associate will learn about servicing the wealthiest families in the country with their insurance policies, while gaining in-depth experience in developing task and time management skills, relationship / rapport building with clients and effective communication skills. The work is intellectually stimulating, and challenging, and hard work is recognized and rewarded.

Our client offers a generous compensation package, including paid parking in downtown Richmond and company paid employee benefits, etc.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree from a 4-year college, Business Administration preferred.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills including phone etiquette, strong verbal & written communication skills and the ability to deal with sensitive and confidential data.
  • 1-3 years’ experience working in a general administrative support function, including proficiency with MS Office, advanced MS Excel skills required
  • Strong attention to details with ability to organize, prioritize, and manage multiple tasks within set deadlines.
