The VRF Sales Specialist will be responsible for generating total system specifications with specifying engineers, design-build commercial contractors, consultants and facility management teams. Focused effort on Commercial HVAC products and Variable Refrigerant Flow systems and their applications.

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Other duties may be assigned.
Call on local architects, and design-build professionals to educate them on Commercial HVAC systems and Variable Refrigerant Flow systems and their application.
Develop relationships with local engineers, architects, contractors and other specifiers.
Conducts product introduction meetings and product training sessions, for both internal and external customers.
Participate in local professional networking groups, industry associations, and functions.
Prepare and deliver educational presentations to architects, engineers, contractors, and company personnel.
Assist with design and application of Fujitsu products.
Keep track of job bids and maintain accuracy of job bid database.
Advise management on market conditions, including competitive landscape and market opportunities.
Develop company sales personnel to be proficient in selling/offering Commercial HVAC systems and VRF products.
Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or related field preferred.
Minimum of 3-5 years sales experience, preferably in the HVAC industry.
Be technically competent in the field of HVAC installation/service/design/applications.
Have a good working knowledge of electrical/refrigeration/air flow.
Previous experience with Variable Refrigerant Flow preferred.
Familiar with PowerPoint/Excel/Word and other Microsoft Office products.
