The right candidate will be providing support to various departments with a law firm located in Fort Worth, TX. The job will be a mix of in-person work and remote work. They will type, format and mail a variety of documents on behalf of attorneys, clients, and the firm. Admin Floater Responsibilities:
Provides support to various departments as needed (Wills, Family Law, Civil Litigation, B1 Secretaries).
Types, formats and mails a variety of documents on behalf of attorneys, clients and the firm. Proofreads copy for spelling, grammar and layout, making appropriate changes.
Gather appropriate information from attorneys and members in order to complete legal documents.
Files documents accurately in office document management system.
Answer incoming departmental calls when needed.
Answer incoming calls from members; open intakes, verify information and follow applicable scripts when needed.
Other assignments/projects as requested by management.
Admin Floater Requirements:
High School Diploma or Equivalent.
Accurate and proficient typing skills (55 wpm).
2+ years of clerical/administrative experience, legal experience preferred.
Excellent skill set in Microsoft Office.
Positive/upbeat and helpful temperament.
Excellent customer service skills.
Ability to handle confidential information.
Ability to communicate clearly, concisely and with good grammar (both verbal and in writing).
Self-motivated (requiring minimal supervision) with strong multi-tasking, prioritization and organization skills
