Fulltime position open for the ideal candidate as an office assistant.
This positions provides assistance to department managers in effectively communicating with customers and addressing their various need. Includes mailings, accounts receivable/collections, data entry, and processing requests for service.
Excellent computer skills. Good knowledge of MS Office a requirement
Excellent record of attendance
Ability to speak/read/write English
Detail oriented with strong organizational skills
Works well under pressure
Strong reading, writing and math skills
Ability to positively interface with both internal and external customers
Ability to work independently on project assignments
Excellent communication skills
Ability to interact positively with customers and team members
Ability to effectively follow up and seek resolution to customer problems
Positive attitude toward problem solving
Prior customer support experience a positive
Office hours: M-F 8:30 – 5:00
Pay determined by experience/qualification
