Our Customer Service Representatives & Management Trainees work alongside our existing management team and serve as an integral success to the overall performance of the company.

Responsibilities of a Customer Service Representative & Management Trainee:

  • Educate community members on charity partners core mission 

  • Attend in-person and virtual meetings to increase knowledge all charity partners goals and missions 

  • Provide support associaites in order to increase donations 

  • Build and maintain positive working relationships with the clients, consumers, and fellow team members

  • Work collaboratively and efficiently with fellow team members to increase awareness and donations 

  • Establish positive, supportive relationships with the community and provide feedback to senior management

  • Responsible for reporting and tracking all activities to management, as well as communicating all marketing requirements through company provided forms

** THIS IS AN ENTRY-LEVEL ROLE LITTLE TO NO EXPERIENCE IS REQUIRED - WE PROVIDE COMPLETE TRAINING

 

What we look for in a Customer Service Representative & Management Trainee:


  • No degree is required for this position 

  • 1-2 years of experience in Management, Leadership, Sales, or Customer Service

  • Influential leadership characteristics preferred 

  • Self-starter with strong organizational and time management skills, precision, and attention to details

  • Professional demeanor and impeccable student mentality with a drive to gain new skills

  • Upbeat and positive outlook

  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients, customers, and team members
