Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

• Experience with Real Green Systems is a MAJOR PLUS
• Experience with Outlook and Microsoft Office
• Customer Service Skills including but not limited to:
Active listening, creative problem solving, critical thinking, and communicating effectively
• Organizational Skills
• Multi-tasking Skills
• Attention to Detail
• Ability to Prioritize

Essential Functions:

• Establish customer relationships
• Provide daily support and follow up with customers as needed
• Provide general support to administrative staff as well as to our technicians in the field
• Auditing new sales for accuracy and welcoming new customers by phone
• Assisting with daily operational functions, including filing, data entry, managing emails, and answering phones
• Retrieving, analyzing, entering, updating, and cancelling customer accounts
• Taking payments over the phone as well as entering checks
• Assisting in accounts receivable
• In time, gain an understanding of agronomics to help with suggestive selling, and sharing service knowledge


• High School Diploma or general education degree (GED)
• Driver’s License as well as Reliable Transportation
• Must be able to pass background check
• Must be able to work Saturdays

  • Keep the office stocked with needed office supplies
  • Maintain office filing and storage systems
  • Perform general office duties such as ordering supplies, maintain office equipment, and office assignments
  • Assist with general office administrative work
  • Maintaining office filing and recordkeeping systems

  • Maintain office medical records and other location filing
