Essential Functions:
• Establish customer relationships
• Provide daily support and follow up with customers as needed
• Provide general support to administrative staff as well as to our technicians in the field
• Auditing new sales for accuracy and welcoming new customers by phone
• Assisting with daily operational functions, including filing, data entry, managing emails, and answering phones
• Retrieving, analyzing, entering, updating, and cancelling customer accounts
• Taking payments over the phone as well as entering checks
• Assisting in accounts receivable
• In time, gain an understanding of agronomics to help with suggestive selling, and sharing service knowledge
Requirements:
• High School Diploma or general education degree (GED)
• Driver’s License as well as Reliable Transportation
• Must be able to pass background check
• Must be able to work Saturdays
