Currently manages 7,158 apartments located in Las Vegas, Phoenix, Dallas, Fort Worth, Irving, The Colony, Grand Prairie, Lewisville, Addison, and San Antonio.

We are seeking an Administrative Assistant to work in our regional office located in Phoenix, AZ. The salary for this position is $40,000 – $45,000 DOE. We offer great benefits including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, paid vacation, 9 paid holidays, and 401K plan with company match. 


 Perform a variety of administrative functions for the management team in a fast-paced, team oriented, demanding environment

 Communicate with management verbally and by email with a sense of urgency

 Assist with compiling data, analyze and report monthly annual metrics

 Create and maintain Excel spreadsheets

 Maintain various reports and records, licenses, agreements, and calendar for staff

 Coordinate projects that may involve working with all levels of management and staff

 Adhere to and comply with company policies, procedures, and standards

 Perform other duties as assigned

 High School diploma or GED

 7+ years’ experience in a similar role

 Ability to keep sensitive information confidential at all times

 Proficient with Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook

 Ability to proof one's own work as well as the work of others

 Possess a high level of professionalism

 Strong written and verbal communication skills, accuracy, and attention to detail

 Ability to work independently as well as collaborate with colleagues, prioritize work, and ask for further clarification when necessary

 Ability to work under pressure with tight time constraints, as well as the ability to deal with frequent interruptions, unresolved situations, frequent change, delays or unexpected events

 Bilingual is a plus

 Must successfully pass a drug test and background check
