  • Engages with business(es) stakeholder(s) to gather & analyze requirements, propose solutions that balance Salesforce functionality and other BI platforms.
  • Create business process requirements and design documents; including system flow with integrated systems
  • Build/develop business relationships with related business leaders and act as partner in providing SFDC and other BI platform solutions.
  • Requires open communication and collaboration, being both customer-focused and service minded, able to interact with all levels of users - end Users through executives creating consensus and clear strategy as needed.
  • Work with application technical teams within all divisions to provide seamless integration and release cycles.
  • Remain updated of new SFDC features and BI platforms functionality, provide recommendations for process improvements and updates.
  • Organize and maintain custom objects, record types, fields, page layouts, formulas, data validation rules, triggers, custom workflows, notifications, approval processes, Lightning Process Builder and Visual Workflows.
  • Develop and maintain custom reports and dashboards utilizing integrated systems based on business needs.
  • Maintain user roles and profiles, security settings, access settings (User Profiles, Role Hierarchy, Sharing Rules and Security)
  • Establish and implement change control and best practices with regards to system maintenance, configuration, development, testing and data integrity
