Entry Level Technical Support Specialist

Pay: $13/hr

Training: Monday - Friday 12:00pm-9:00pm

Work Schedule: Monday - Friday 12:00pm-9:00pm (shifts may be earlier depending on client needs)


Overview:

Premier client in Northwest San Antonio, seeking tech savvy candidates to join their growing technical support team. This role can entail a combination of outbound calls for product training appointments and an inbound technical support call center.


Responsibilities:

  • Create and maintain client relationships by listening and understanding each client's needs, to ensure best service provided
  • Ability to assist and navigate through various areas of trouble-shooting
  • Assist via inbound calls, emails, and live-chat with clients
  • Provide superior service and technical support while referencing trouble-shooting initiatives
  • Retain product update training and communicate that knowledge to customers
  • Provide a combination of telephone and remote desktop support
  • Perform follow-up outbound calls when first call resolution was not attained
  • Document all customer interaction and other information as required to provide a high level of customer satisfaction by providing precise and timely response to inquiries

Required Skills:

Must provide extraordinary customer service and strive to continue providing service to all clients

Must be able to communicate effectively verbally and within written correspondence

Must display effective troubleshooting skills on web-based products


Requirements:

High school diploma or GED

Previous technical support, training support or customer service skills/experience

Basic computer skills
