Digital Marketing Manager

The Digital Marketing Manager will be responsible for executing all campaign activities and overseeing all social channels in order to implement a rapid-growth business development strategy. This individual will work in tandem with the Sr. Director of Marketing to optimize online marketing efforts, create innovative campaigns, and lead/analyze social channels. The Digital Marketing Manager is responsible for developing digital marketing campaigns and strategies that meet and/or exceed business objectives and provide additional insight about our customers across all digital channels.

 This individual is expected to stay up-to-date with digital marketing trends and potential new channels and strategies to keep us ahead, including updates to social media marketing, and inbound marketing strategies.


Scope

  • Design and execute all advertising/paid campaigns.
  • Implement the creation of key campaigns across multiple strategic business units. Improve ad channel efficiencies.
  • Craft landing pages and lead-gen forms for our content to distribute through relevant paid programs.
  • Create and publish relevant, original content for all social media platforms with a regular publishing schedule.
  • Monitor online reviews and social space for brand and related topics and conversations.
  • Develop, analyze, and report on A/B and multivariate tests to optimize campaign performance and deliver on program goals.
  • Collaborate with marketing teammates to maintain a consistent brand voice and message across all paid programs.
  • Attend brainstorming sessions with the marketing team, maintaining strategic and creative thinking to develop innovative and actionable initiatives in a fiscally responsible manner.

Requirements

  • Minimum: Bachelor’s degree with a strong preference for Marketing, Advertising, or Communications.
  • Minimum 3 years’ digital experience, particularly with, but not limited to web, advertising, social and emerging technologies
  • Understanding and past experience creating integrated content across all marketing channels from digital, social media, paid media, mobile, but also understand offline and print
  • Experience with marketing automation tools such as HubSpot
  • Strong project management and interpersonal coordination skills
  • Highly motivated with ability to thrive in a fluid and demanding environment
  • Strong critical thinking and creative problem solving ability
  • Proven ability to adapt to change
