Homeland Staffing, Inc. is interviewing qualified candidates for an outside sales representative position within our staff. Sales reps. will be working 80% in the field developing new business and 20% in the office following up with prospective clients via email or phone. Sales rep. will work closely with branch manager and recruiters to build and service clients while building a book of business. Coordinating sales by establishing territories, quotes, and budgeted goals. Delivery of professional sales presentations, job site walk through and closing of potential sales by required company guidelines. Sales Reps will work with our recruiters to give our clients the best possible candidates and service possible.
Recent graduate (will provide training), must have a Degree in business / management / marketingclasses OR
Minimum of 3 year business to business sales experience. (retail sales does not qualify for 3 year business to business sales)
MUST BE ABLE TO COMMUNICATE FLUENTLY WITH CLIENTS.
Assist Branch Manager in supervision of staff to achieve office goals.
Must be able to work in all elements of the weather (heat or cold) while visiting potential clients.
Valid driver’s license and Clean driving record.
Must have a dependable Vehicle.
Must be willing to use own vehicle while Homeland Staffing provides vehicle use allowances.
Must be able to pass a drug test.
Must be a reliable, hardworking individual that wants to grow with the company
