Aurora Ripple Enterprises is a growing, privately owned Sales and Marketing company in the DMV area, servicing over 5,000 customers nationwide. Currently, we are seeking a collaborative and solution-oriented individual to join our customer service team! This is seasonal to a possible full-time position.

• Attracts potential customers by answering product and service questions
• Handling customer order related questions, inquiries, and complaints
• Recommends products that will meet customers’ needs
• Prepares product or service reports by collecting and analyzing customer information
• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
• Maintaining current knowledge of products offered
• Perform all other related duties as assigned
