Customer Retention Specialist

Our client is the leader in providing HIPAA compliance solutions to private medical and dental practices nationwide, so your motivation to work in the very best interest of each and every client is essential. We are seeking an experienced customer retention specialist for this role.

 

In this role you will:

  • Re-establish the value of our comprehensive HIPAA compliance program to our medical and dental practices.
  • Handle customer questions, complaints, billing inquiries and general questions about our products and services in a value-added manner.
  • Offer solutions to help retain valuable customers.
  • Communicate with customers over the phone and also use online tools to demonstrate the value of our services.
  • Turn some skeptical customers into a life-long referral partner.
  • Develop best practices in the training of new employees as we grow.
  • Work with team members across the organization to create Amazing Customer Experiences (ACE) for our clients.
  • Make us better today than we were yesterday.

You’ve got what it takes if you have:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
  • 2+ years of previous experience as a strategic cancellation/retention support specialist.
  • Strong communication, listening, and (in some cases) negotiation skills.
  • Ability to build rapport with clients and team members.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks.
  • Experience with e-mail tools, web tools and/or other technology that can help us thrive.
  • Hours from 7:30 am - 4 pm PST.
