We are seeking a Event Assistant - Customer Support Representative to join our team! You will be asset in streamlining the customer experience. This individual will be internal in providing knowledge in care for our customers and be an extension of our clients. Our Event Assistant works side by side with our Promotion Management Team to execute promotional strategies on behalf of our clients. Individuals in this role are expected to:
Responsibilities:
Provide information about the products and services
Troubleshoot and resolve event issues and concerns
Provide customer support and handling customer inquiries
Document and update customer records based on interactions
Generating quotes, processing payments & reporting claims
Provide customer support and handling customer inquiries
Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving product and services offerings
Conducting policy reviews and providing details on updates
Providing excellent client service
Relationship building with new and existing clients
