Sales Management Trainee job in Orlando at Entelechy Management

We are a finance firm located in the Orlando area focused on providing our clients with the assistance and guidance they need to reduce their consumer debt issues and focus on their immediate and long-term debt relief goals.

We are seeking a Sales Management Trainee to join our finance & debt relief sales support team on a full-time basis who can assist us with day to day sales management tasks that will effectively communicate with clients and analyze their various financial situations.

Responsibilities of the Sales Management Trainee will include:

• Assisting in new business acquisition efforts by performing core business development work including consulting with potential clients to review & analyze their financial goals.
• Developing relationships with new and existing customers by answering customer questions and addressing their concerns.
• Observing the sales processes by shadowing sales supervisors and sales representatives and emulating their sales management processes to meet set targets.
• Completing accurate and prompt cost calculations and financial reviews to create and provide customers with quotations and advise customers of financial solutions they qualify for from our range of debt management / financial relief services offered.
• Staying up to date on all new debt management/relief services offered and customer qualification requirements for each service offering.
• Striving to achieve and improve sales service level and sales productivity targets
• Ensuring documents are prepared consistent with relevant regulations and in a way properly reflecting business intentions
• Participate fully as a team member, help build a positive and diverse work environment, willingly assist and mentor others in the completion of work activities, and address communication issues efficiently

All tasks completed by the sales management trainee will be monitored by a member of our Senior sales staff. The sales management trainee will be introduced to their daily responsibilities by observing and shadowing the member of the senior sales during sales and service calls in order to gain the hands-on experience and understanding needed to be successful in completing the above sales practices.
