Job Responsibilities of IT Support Specialist (Yardi)
The Yardi IT Specialist will provide in-house support for software applications. Must be highly responsive, productive, customer service oriented, and professional.
Specific duties in this financial management role include:
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot a wide range of Yardi software related issues
- Provide support via ticketing system, email, phone, etc.
- Provide level 1 tech support for the Yardi system
- Maintain database and security by providing user provisioning, password changes, and terminating user access
- Use troubleshooting skills to fully understand issue (at its root) and resolve
Specific requirements for the Yardi IT Support Specialist
- Strong communication skills - able to speak effectively to a non-technical client base
- Strong interpersonal skills and a customer service background
- Experience working with Yardi
- Strong technical aptitude along with analytical and research skills
- Advanced knowledge of MS Office
