Job Description

Great Opportunity for an ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT/ RECEPTIONIST with Local Government Entity

Various administrative duties including but not limited to: data entry, schedule, and coordinate meetings, prepare reports, maintain files, record, transcribe and distribute meeting notes, other administrative duties as assigned.

Strong grammar skills are required. Professional writing experience is a plus.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Handle all front desk functions.
  • Answer phones and greet walk-in traffic.
  • Provide customer service face to face and via phone.
  • Respond to emails in a timely manner.
  • Stellar customer service skills.
  • Must be willing to learn new software programs.
  • Have the ability to wear multiple hats.

Job Requirements

Requirements:

  • Business professional attire required.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience as an Admin/Receptionist.
  • Property management/community experience is a plus.
