Join our team! We are looking for a human who enjoys working with others, making a difference and having an impact on the day to day lives of others. This individual will be a part of the Hankey Group Human Resources Operations Department, People and Culture Division. 



 • Confers with Human Resources Operations, People and Culture, Leader and Hiring Manager(s) to identify personnel needs, job specifications, job duties, qualifications and skills

• Create Job Descriptions

• Review and edits Job Boards

• Develop and maintains Network of Contacts to help identify and source qualified candidates

• Conduct Full Cycle Recruitment - including, sourcing, screening, interviewing, scheduling, coordinating and on-boarding

• Initiate contact with possibly qualified Candidates

• Review Employment Applications and Resumes

• Phone Screen Applicants for Fit

• Conduct Initial Interview with Applicants to obtain work history, education, training, job skills and salary requirements - as well as provide information about the organization and the Career Path

• Coordinate Interview with appropriate Hiring Manager(s) after the Candidate has been initially screened

• Coordinate and Facilitate internal applicants and Status Changes

• Create and Publish Job Advertising in various Job Board platforms and media resources

• Develop and Coordinate internal Job Posting "Recruitment Spotlight"

• Participate, Set Up and Host Career Fair; following all set criteria - University and City

• Develop, Nurture and maintain Contacts with Colleges, Universities, Alumni Groups and other Public Organizations to attract Talent

• Utilize Job Board Recruitment Resources to identify and recruit qualifying Talent

• Coordinate communication with Candidate/New Hire, Hiring Manager, Human Resources Operations, Training and Compliance; new hire first day and orientation

• Maintain Candidate and New Hire Documents, Files and Employment Records

• Conduct Background Check and Drug Tests with Confidentiality with Human Resources Operations Team and ensure successful clearance; initiate Adverse Action when appropriate with HRO Leader

• Enforce processes and procedures are maintained

• Utilize and maintain Company and Department tools and resources

• Source in and out of network

• Actively Participate Employee Engagements - including Company Events, Employee Appreciation and Employee Recognition



• Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers and the general public



• Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from four-year College or University

• Four (4) Years of Experience in Recruitment and Sales
