
Hours: M-F regular business hours
Pay:$26-28/HR
Duties:
Scheduling meetings, appointments, and interviews
Screen emails to the department inbox
Correspond to calendar requests
Answer calls on behalf of the department manager
Travel arrangements for internal staff and visitors
Coordinate meetings (preparing paperwork, forms, reports, etc)
Microsoft Excel/Word projects
Drafting, editing, and reviewing documents
Other duties as needed
Qualifications:
Minimum of high school diploma but Degree preferred
3-5 years of Sr. Administrative support/ EA support
Professional with organizational skills
Excellent written/verbal skills
Strong Microsoft Office (Primarily Excel, PP, Word)
Comfortable in a fast paced environment
Multi-tasking
