Job Requirements

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Manage a “Top 100 Target” list, a pipeline to include 100 qualified prospect companies identified through cold-calling, lost clients, leads/referrals and networking. Management reserves the right to reassign prospects with no documentation or no substantive sales activity deemed necessary to move the account along to becoming a client.
  • Have 25 established prospects that you are contacting each week with your marketing campaign.
  • Manage your open job orders and keep a pulse on associates out working
  • Quarterly Reviews should be conducted with all accounts billed previous quarter.
  • Participate in Imprimis sales meetings and prepare for all One-On-One and Forecasting meetings conducted with management.
  • Accurately and timely document all daily activity (visits, phone calls, collections, mail-outs, etc.), code accounts and run reports/searches by mastering the Bullhorn system. All documentation is to be completed by 5:00pm on Sunday.
  • Monitor expenses and manage territory to maximize efficiency and minimize driving time. Submit timely, accurate expense reports to your manager on a weekly preferably monthly basis.
  • Review aging on a weekly basis and participate in collections process when invoices roll into the past due column. Keep Financial Services and your managers notified on any potential credit problems. Commissions will be revoked if aging isn’t collected within 120 days.
  • Read all contracts/agreements to ensure your negotiations are reflected properly before sending to VP for review.
  • Maintain at least 2 active, effective Network/Association groups, and attend 1 Networking event per week.
  • Generate 15-20 qualified/fillable job orders (temporary and/or contract-to-hire) per month.
  • Generate Direct Hire orders that result in a minimum of 2 successful placements per month.
  • Bring in minimum of 2-4 NEW accounts per month through your own efforts, with the purpose of developing clients with diverse volume potential, i.e. healthy mix of business. Establish credit worthiness.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES:

  • Bachelor’s Degree and/or Sales related experience a plus
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and the ability to learn and utilize other information systems and software applications as required to perform
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong goal and customer service orientation with a drive to achieve and exceed expectations.
  • Expected to exercise good judgment and independently analyze and provide solutions to problems.
  • Display a positive and enthusiastic attitude.
  • Accept criticism and rejection, while remaining professional and positive.
  • Ability to be assertive, while remaining professional at all times.
  • Ability to learn appropriate business development skills to maintain and drive business growth.
  • Work harmoniously with peers, colleagues and supervisors,
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures.

JOB SUMMARY:
