Alpha Business Acquisitions, Inc. is a premier sales and marketing firm that is one of the fastest-growing companies in the Louisville area, we are now looking for an entry-level Management Trainee to assist with our retail business development efforts. We are looking for those professional and candidates who are really passionate about growing their career in the lucrative retail sales and marketing field. Responsibilities and Paid Training In:

• Client sales, customer accounts, and contracts

• New customer acquisitions and account processing

• Service promotions and presentations

• Campaign performance and development

• Oversight of office and retail locations

• Leading a team of 10 to 15 individuals

• Sales and leadership training workshops

  • Maintain sales area records on customer sales
  • Commissioned sales, modern business concepts reviews, sales manager, retail sales, customer service sales manager
  • Driving sales and customer service
  • Achieve sales goals and executing sales plans within an assigned sales territory or account
  • Helping increase overall store wireless sales
  • Drive sales through store level management
  • Maintain personal retail sales volume goals and quality of sales
  • Achieve overall store sales goals and service objectives
  • Develop and attain customer experience and sales objectives for store
  • Achieving or exceeding sales targets
  • Drive sales of brand products
  • Improve personal customer service and sales skills
  • Adhere to territory sales plans to maximize sales performance
  • Fill sales orders for the customer
  • Achieving or exceeding individual sales goals
  • Drive the sales of products and services by achieving or exceeding sales targets
  • Develop strong relationships with sales team members and sales management
  • Facilitate in-store sales in key market locations
  • Provide a total retail sales solution to the customer regarding wireless/mobility
  • Use knowledge to build sales
