Job Description

Customer Support Coordinator

Our well know client in the Atlanta area is looking for a Customer Support Coordinator to coordinate and assist with the every day support of customers and clients. You will be responsible for interfacing with clients, account teams, and providers regularly.

 

Requirements of the Customer Support Coordinator: 

  • Works with Operations Managers, Account Managers and Category Managers for resolution of problems
  • Manages complex client projects from beginning to successful completion
  • Follows up with client home office contact to make sure service delivery, work orders, and special projects are completed in a timely and satisfactory manner
  • Provide required reporting, data, and dispatch updates for assigned units of business
  • Conduct periodic weekly calls to run through any updates, check-ups, and basic information sharing

Job Requirements

Responsibilities of the Customer Support Coordinator: 

  • Strong problem solving and analytical skills.
  • Good organizational and time management skills.
  • Effective communications and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Excel, Word and PowerPoint required.
  • Knowledge of customer service principles and practices
  • Previous facilities management experience preferred
