Title: Desktop/Laptop/Printer Tech Support (3 Tech's needed)
Company: Very large and well known end users (Healthcare environment)
Location: Salem MA 01970
Compensation: up to $24-28/hr based on experience, certifications & past earnings
Length of Project: Through Dec 31, 2019 with extensions expected (we have contractors on 6 month contracts for 3+yrs)
Hours: Mon - Fri 8am – 4:30pm
Target Start Date: ASAP
Interview process: Phone, Skype/FaceTime & In Person
Travel: Supporting about 5 locations all in North Shore Area within estimated 30 miles and will be reimbursed for mileage & parking
· MUST HAVE large company & in person (office) Tech Support experience (not just phone)
· EXCELLENT & CLEAR communication skills
· Windows 7 and Windows 10 knowledge
· Reliable transportation (not just public)
· Reliable, dependable, follow up skills
PREFERRED A+ Certification or other Certifications
You will be part of the deployment team for the Windows 10 upgrade, refresh & general desktop support project. The qualified person will be responsible for replacing, upgrading & troubleshooting desktops/ laptops/printers in a corporate healthcare & hospital environments throughout the North Shore area. Going into offices (in person, not over the phone) and helping end users upgrade computers or providing general desktop support. This includes at a hospital and a number of physicians practices throughout the North Shore area.
Contracting Staffing in Desktop/Helpdesk Support and Security Operations Center Technicians
MUST HAVE Desktop, Laptop & Printer service technician with great customer service skills
MUST HAVE expedience with Windows 7 & 10, migrations, break/fix, troubleshooting, basic networking
MUST HAVE experience supporting corporate environment (In-person/Field, not just phone support)
MUST HAVE very dependable transportation (support about 5 locations all within est 30 miles)
MUST BE very reliable. personable personality & very good communication skills
