
General Purpose:
To provide continuous improvement of the total quality of the branch/office as it relates to office operations and the scheduling of patients/clients requiring unlicensed home care.
Essential Functions:
• Receives referral calls, documents job orders, fulfills the staffing orders with qualified personnel, and/or organizes/reorganizes job schedules for home care personnel.
• Communicates with both clients and employees in a friendly and professional manner.
• Answers phone lines and transfers calls to appropriate team members.
• Prepares admission packets for clients.
• Creates folders for clients, files and maintains documentations.
• Ensures authorizations for client services.
• Participates in CSR on-call rotation.
