Our Online Admission Representatives work to support the school in identifying qualified applicants for admission to the School. Their interaction with prospective students includes providing applicants with information about our school and degree programs, guiding the application process, and collecting enrollment documents. All while operating in compliance with state and federal accreditation and institutional policies and within the parameters of ethical codes of conduct.
- Hard sales experience - (insurance sales, outside sales, telemarketing sales, auto sales, etc...)
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, HR, Marketing, or any related field preferred
- Team Management experience including mentoring and training
- Proven leadership experience of at least 2 years with direct reports
- Applicant must not currently be or have been in default on student loans
- Strong knowledge of customer care and sales techniques & processes
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written
- Excellent presentation skills in small or large group settings
- Exceptional analytical and listening skills
- Outstanding ability to prioritize
- Creative problem-solver and flexibility to work extended hours
- Record of strong judgment and decision-making skills
- Thrives in fast-paced, dynamic environment
