Kelly & Associates Insurance Group in Sparks, MD is seeking an organized individual to provide support and administrative assistance to the President of KELLY Benefit Strategies (KBS). This role includes answering multiple phone lines, making phone connections, preparing executive level correspondence and assisting with various projects while maintaining order of the President’s working and personal schedules. Additionally, this role is responsible for coordinating meetings, materials, and preparing hospitality arrangements and is instrumental in supporting existing and potential clients. This role will also assist with community relations, holiday gifts, and handling special events and appointments both internally and externally, and requires excellent prioritization and efficiency.
General corporate hours are 8:15 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.; extensive availability outside normal business hours is often required to achieve business and extracurricular objectives.
