What We Offer:

·        The Account Executive will participate in a hands-on training and development program so he/she is equipped to hit the ground running with confidence without prior sales experience.

·        Compensation includes base compensation plus an incentive plan and an indepth benefits program inclusive of a variety of medical insurance plans, dental and vision coverage, 401k with company match, PTO, Health Savings Account and more.

Core Areas of Focus:

  • Maintain a high level of inside sales activity targeted at specific prospects to uncover opportunities to provide staffing services in and around the Sherman Oaks area.
  • Learn to work through the full cycle sales process including decision maker engagement and the transition of a prospect to a Kelly customer.
  • Partner closely with leadership and the recruiting team to demonstrate Kelly’s best in class staffing services.

Are you ready to join us?

Professionals well positioned to achieve success possess the following:

·         Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Entrepreneurship, or Business (preferred but not required)

·         2+ years professional work experience in a customer-centric position such as retail sales

·         Well versed in technology platforms including Social Media and LinkedIn

·         Experience working collaboratively with team members to accomplishing specific goals, complete strategic project, etc.

·         Demonstrated success providing high touch customer service and developing relationships resulting in new or repeat customers, job promotions, sales campaign wins, etc.
