This opportunity is with a Mid-sized, Faith Based hospital who has been serving the area for over 100 years.  Our client is looking to speak with candidates who have progressive management experience in nursing and who have been responsible for and have worked clinically in the Emergency Services Department.

This mid-sized, roughly 350 bed hospital is a Level IV trauma center and the number one heart alert receiver in the county.  They are proud of a busy open heart program and opening a new 30 Bed ED later in 2019.  

This Director is responsible for assisting in assessing, planning, coordinating, implementing and evaluating nursing practice on a multi-unit level.  Reporting to a supportive Chief Nursing Officer who will help to ensure high quality, safe and appropriate nursing care, competent of clinical staff, and resource management related to patient care.  This position is supported by two direct reports, ED Manager, and unit coordinator.  

2 - 5 years Experience at the Manager/Director level 

Bachelors of Science Required (BSN)

Texas Nursing License or ability to obtain
