Job Description

Kelly Services is seeking a experienced Part Time Financial Admin Assistant for our downtown Atlanta client located off Piedmont Rd 30305 area.  

Pay:  Hourly $15  -  $19 commensurate with experience/skills

Quarterly and per-sales bonus opportunities

 

Shift:  20 hours a week   Part Time

 

Administrative Assistant Responsibilities:

 

-          Handle administrative requests and queries from financial adviser

-          Organizing and scheduling client meetings

-          File and retrieve client documents and reports

-          Answer and direct phone calls to appropriate parties or take messages

-          Act as a point of contact for clients

-          Work collaboratively with broker dealer home office operations departments as needed

-          Coordinate and direct all marketing activities (i.e. Client Events, Mailings, Client Experience)

-          Document preparation

 

Job brief:

 

Looking for a responsible Administrative Assistant to perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks.  Duties of the Administrative Assistant include providing support to their assigned financial adviser, assisting in daily client needs and managing a financial advisers general administrative activities.

 

What does a Financial Adviser Administrative Assistant do?

 

Ultimately, a successful Administrative Assistant should ensure the efficient and smooth day-to-day operation of a financial advisory practice.

 

The individual need not hold securities or insurance licenses to start in the role, however career advancement could involve acquiring securities industry licensing.

 

Requirements:

 

-          Great organizational skills with the ability to multi-task

-          Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS Word, in particular)

-          Strong interpersonal skills (sales experience not required, but helpful)

-          Attention to detail

-          Ability to proactively solve problems

-          Excellent written and verbal communication skills

-          Working knowledge of office equipment, like printers and fax machines

-          Proven experience as an administrative assistant, virtual assistant or office administrative assistant preferred”
