Position Description:

Our regional teams recruit talented workers for placement in temporary assignments with clients in positions across the US.
The support of these programs and the high levels of placement activity result in a significant number of administrative support tasks related to:
Regional Team Support:
- Organize and document all contractual and program information for new clients
- Update client program information as contracts and program guidelines change
- Maintain library of useful program information for team members supporting clients
- Develop detailed understanding of client program onboarding requirements
Contractor Placement Support:
- Collaborate with the New Hire/Onboarding team to ensure all required checks are completed in programs
- Review screening information for selected candidates to ensure program guidelines are met
- Assist in adjudicating background check results
- Monitor onboarding documentation quality to ensure successful audit support
Audit Support:
- Compile information packages for client audits
Operational Support for Client Programs
- Serve as the central Operational Support Specialist for our region for all client programs
- Work with internal teams, such as Accounting and HR, and client contacts to resolve administrative issues pertaining to billing, certificates, rates, project extensions, etc
In light of these responsibilities, we are interested in candidates with the following skills:
- Strong ability for organizing and reviewing information, so it is accessible easily usable by the teams
- Excellent communication and organizational skills to maintain quality service
- Proven skills with writing and communication activities focused on condensing large volumes of information into usable content for the teams
- Strong attention to detail across in support of a variety of different client programs
- The ability to work independently as well as part of a team supporting specific clients
- Excellent general computer & MS Office skills to keep all administrative details in order
- Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel and SharePoint portals
- Experience with extensive document management
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
While this role is certainly focused on Administrative and Operational Support, we also believe that candidates with a background in the following fields may have an interest in this role:
- Content Management, Technical Writing, Compliance Management, Contract Management
