Responsibilities
Responsible for the accurate billing of accounts in Syncada system
Research, correct and resubmit rejected invoices
Have a basic understanding of EDI
Will need to understand and navigate multiple systems
Coordinate & distribute weekly/monthly manifest bills
Monitor and maintain requests sent to group email

Qualifications
Logistics industry experience a plus
Previous experience billing in Syncada a plus.
Strong computer skills and proficiency in using MS Office products, including Excel, Word are required
Ability to prioritize, handle multiple projects simultaneously, and achieve goals on time
Self-motivated, intellectually curious, and able to work independently
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Excellent data collection and qualitative and quantitative analytical skills
