Due to our continued growth, we have multiple openings in our Maintenance department.

 

Position Summary

 

The Maintenance position is a critical part of our company’s team and therefore, must be mechanically inclined. This position also requires capability of diagnosing problems and making repairs on all types of plant equipment. This position will report to the company’s Maintenance Manager.

 

·   Perform major maintenance repairs on all plant equipment, including hydraulic, pneumatic, electrical 24V to 480V 3 phase, steam-operated circuits and machinery

·   Execute leadership ability in directing lower classified maintenance personnel in their duties

·   Complete daily maintenance work order reports for each job performed

·   Complete requests for purchase orders on parts ordered for maintenance repairs

·   Capable of using a Multimeter, Megohmeter, and amp meter

·   4+ years’ experience with 3 phase electrical

·   4+ years’ experience with trouble shooting and repairing control circuits

·   Capable of understanding Basic Electricity

·   Capable of troubleshooting and repair simple electrical circuits/components

·   Demonstrate good housekeeping practices

·   Complete any required paperwork

·   Ability to perform basic welding

·   Basic computer skills CMMS/PM Software

·   Proficient in Microsoft Office

 

Requirements

 

Qualifications include passing of a maintenance aptitude test, general OSHA guidelines, as well as high school diploma or equivalent.

 

Excellent communication, training, and employee relations skills. Highly developed problem solving, decision making, and leadership skills are essential for success.
