We are hiring Bi-Lingual (Spanish) Patient Service Representative for a large, Southern California Hospital located in Kearny Mesa. This is an amazing opportunity to work for one of the most awarded and well respected hospitals in the Nation.
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 2 years experience in a Medical Office or Call Center
- Experience/general knowledge of managed care health plans
- Knowledge of scheduling, registration, billing and/or claims payment
- Knowledge of insurance verification, authorization and eligibility requirements for health insurance carriers
- Bilingual Spanish
