We are currently seeking an experienced Employee Relations Specialist to support our Federal client in Silver Spring, MD. The ideal candidate will have at least three (3) years of functional expertise and analytical experience in supporting the employee relations functions. This position is remote and part time with some meetings in Silver Spring.
The Employee Relations Specialist will provide support in the following areas including, but not limited to:
  • Performing workplace inquiries into allegations of harassment prohibited by Federal law, i.e., harassment based on sex, race, color, national origin, age, religion, disability, or reprisal.
  • Interviewing employees and supervisors, and collecting and analyzing facts for cases to identify obscure or underlying causes of misconduct.
  • Writing reports of inquiry.
  • May serve as a lead investigator and conducting investigations independently (travel may be involved).
